A Shout Out

Did you ever have a friend, a kindred soul, that you actually never met? I have several. You see - they are all from my nation - not the human nation.

The fact is we have short lives compared to the humans.
But much richer lives!

We love our masters. We never complain because we strive to please.

It's a sad day to lose Addie - whom I never met. She was happy and loved - especially because she was rescued. That was a love at first sight story.

Run free, run fast and long Addie!
Good girl.

Respectfully, Ella

Play Date

I have a lot of pals from my nation. I am very social, ya know. I like swim dates, ball toss dates and chase dates. For some reason we don't do lunch or dinner dates like the humans.

Color Choices

I've been busy at Grammies. She got this idea to make her wall a "feature." Fine, but we sure had to interview a lot of  colors. Basically, they all look the same to me. However, I tried to seem interested in each new splash of color. I patiently accompanied her to check each one (over and over.) She eventually tossed the ball anyhow.

Left side - won out.

I Am Loved

Eddie has known me for all my years! He is my neighbor friend and he has a swell pool!  Eddie favors felines -- still he adores me, I know it! Most Friday nights I am his back-seat date on the trip to Caramba's.
I sit real close to him.

After a while -  I change to my master's SUV and travel home with them. I feel sorry for the Grams and Eddie they probably miss me so much.  I always go back there when ever I want.

Día de los Muertos - Hanakkah- Christmas- New Year

 Happy - Happy!

You have to notice lots of strange things happening this time of year.
Bones? Not really, but Grammie likes these things!
Hangs them up on a sort of green plastic thingy.
Sure, I can pose by the red flower. Whatever makes you happy!
A blanket for a puppy I never met, Henry? Strange!
I  have questions - mailed to Seattle? Ummmm
A sharped-shinned hawk shows up this time of year.
He's no dummy - we serve lunch!
My best present, from my friend Lynn.
Although little micro-bones they are delish!
YES, MINE.....all MINE!

One thing we do every year is donate lots of nice blankets to doggies (or kitties!) who have no family. My Grammie took warm blankets out to
Sun Valley Animal Rescue this year. She says it is a very nice shelter.
I wonder why she was so sad when she came home?
If you can help out please click on the link and read more.
They really do good work and we can help in many ways.
